Terms & Conditions

All products made by Jack's Li'l Bakery are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

OUR GUARANTEE

Jack's Li'l Bakery will provide a professionally decorated dessert in a timely manner as specified in the invoice. We appreciate your business and we are honoured that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavours, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let us know at the time you receive your order.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGIES:

We are not a gluten-free, nut-free, or any other allergen-free specialty bakery. All products contain gluten, eggs & dairy. All products may contain or have come in contact with common allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, fish or shellfish.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform their guests of all allergy information. Accordingly, Jack's Li'l Bakery will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the product.

ORDERS:

We prefer at least fourteen (14) days notice for all orders, as we are continually booked in advance.

​

Any products ordered from a picture or photo of a product produced by any other cake maker can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact replication of the product in the picture or photo.

PAYMENT:

Cash upon pick up/delivery or e-transfer to jackslilbakery@gmail.com are the only acceptable forms of payment. If paying by cash, the exact amount is appreciated as we do not provide change.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY:

We offer delivery within certain city limits, at our discretion. Delivery is charged at our discretion.

 

Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the cake/cupcakes as per our instructions. If anything is to happen to the product after this exchange, we are not liable for any damages.

For all pick-ups, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the customer is responsible to ensure that the product gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality. We are not liable for any damage that may occur once the product has left the premises.
